The CalculateMyRealEstate calculators were designed and built by a corporate finance professional with over 30 years of investing experience. He received his MBA from Columbia Business School and undergraduate degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. The developer invests in single family, multi-family and commercial properties, and uses these calculators to evaluate the financial returns of various projects.
